Set in a peaceful location in the heart of the rolling West Yorkshire countryside, a stone's throw away from the iconic Emley Moor Mast, Little Badger Cottage provides the perfect getaway for couples seeking a romantic break.
Snuggle up in front of the log burner while watching a movie or listening to some music. Relax in the luxurious free-standing bath after a day of exploring the multitude of countryside and woodland walks right from the doorstep.
Bring your bikes and explore the Trans-Pennine Cycle way, (part of the coast-to-coast cycle route) which you can access from the village of Kirkburton, less than a mile from the cottage.

A bit about Little Badger Cottage...
The cottage was lovingly restored between 2021 and 2023 to bring back its wonderful rustic character and period features. We wanted to create an inviting homely feel, but with some luxury touches, a cottage we hope you fall in love with too!.
From the moment you enter the cottage you are greeted by the original Yorkstone flooring and the wonderful sandstone fireplace, and original oak beams. This is a tiny cottage with a big welcome!
Our aim was to create a holiday cottage that our guests would love to just spend time in, quality time enjoying each other's company. We're hopeless romantics and we hope you are too!

- Pet friendly*, we provide dog blanket and bowls for you to use if needed (and dog treats).
*please note, a well behaved dog is always welcome at Little Badger Cottage, but we must insist that they are not allowed upstairs, or left unattended in the cottage.
A cosy meal in, an evening by the fire, listening to music or watching a movie, Little Badger Cottage offers the perfect space for you to de-stress.
The spacious open plan bedroom with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and luxurious freestanding bath is the perfect space to unwind and relax after a day exploring.
The enclosed garden with patio area is perfect for those lazy summer days. With a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and of course the iconic Emley Moor Mast!
The cottage is situated on a private farm road, with access to some excellent country walks and cycle rides right from the doorstep.
